Expired Domain Name eCourse Soon

While their are quite a few ebook about domaining and making money with expired domain names available today online non of them cover the process of creating money making websites as I do with “Revenue Domains Exposed”. I call this my “success blueprint” and it is the focus of the eCourse which comes packed with a very in-depth ebook (currently over 14,000 words and growing) and over 2 plus hours of tutorial camtasia screen capture videos. The methods I teach have worked quite well of the past 12 months, however I did want to make sure that my methods still work today … like as in right now this minute.
With that I decided to launch a handful of sites (based on expired domains of course) while I started to create the “Revenue Domains Exposed”. I spent about $150 dollars on five domains and have had both some hits and a miss. Several of the expired domains names that I had purchased were listed in the DMOZ – good stuff. However at about ten days later they were removed from the directory. Not good new but also not the end of the world, after all I am after traffic and that does not really come from the DMOZ.
I was able to launch all of the sites quickly - this is important as you want to get content online fast to replace the parked page with a real website. I then began to add additional pages to some of the domain names and I waited, this is really the process to see how Google and other search engines index the changes I have made.
One of the sites has been slow to show a change within the Google index, this is ok and nothing to worry about. Another sites homepage was re-index and now features my new title tag and the content I wrote on the homepage. So this was very positive and looks good for new pages I will soon add.
However what was really exciting was one of the new sites I had created I launched with about 5 or 6 new pages of content and these were ranking quite well and driving traffic. My plan was to monitize the site via ebay – however I was not sure how it would convert. My gut told me “the conversion” would not be a problem … however I have never sold this product via ebay so it was an unknown.
Since the site was now (and still is by the way) driving traffic I added some additional pages based on commercial “money making” keyword phrases in hopes of driving additional traffic. These new pages have also been getting indexed (today the site has over 20 of my new pages) which has lead to more traffic. Best of all yesterday the site made a few bucks, this my friends is the core of Revenue Domains.
The domain name was purchased for $41 – yesterday the site made about three or four bucks, at this rate the domain name will go into profit within two to four weeks. Now we both know that it a gamble to “predict” what any website or parked domain will earn in the future. None the less shier is a very good chance this site will make money for me for months and months to come – best of all chances are it will go profitable just weeks after purchase.
I currently have dozens of domains names and websites that have all most identical stats:
- I got the domain dirt cheap
- I created a site that drives traffic into sales and commissions
- I make between $100 and $300 a month with the new site
- Each site takes me about 3 to 5 hours to create
Now I do want to make it very clear that not all of the expired domains I pick up turn into winners, some bit the dust and cost me money. However as I continue to buy these types of domains I am able to pick out more and more winners as I learn what works and what does not and in the end the winners out weigh the losers and I make money.

Im really tired of spending money on this stuff! I really hope yours will be the “cure all” of building my portfolio. I have 99 % of my names as of March 2 08 on parked.com and have gotten about 6000 hits with them being parked ! but make little money.. (200.00) I NEED to monetize asap. so with that said… Hurry up and finish allready !!

Cure all - no way. Method takes action, work and is not a get rich quick system. That being said it has worked for me and I see no reason why it should not work for those that follow my blueprint.
Also understand that this is very different from parking and I have found out perfoms parking …. big time.

Good stuff Brian. It certainly is not a get rich scheme and it can be hit and miss. Above all if you don’t spend a lot for a domain if it doesn’t pan out at least it didn’t cost a lot. I have seen parked income drop in the last couple of months so mini site building is looking better all the time.

Enjoyed your video and looking forward to your upcoming ebook. I’m at the point where I have to get serious and find a way to start making real $$ asap with my domains and other methods. Parking just not cutting it. In your latest video you mentioned ebay quite a bit and wondering will your ebook address all the BIG changes that are about to take affect (ie: ebay affiliate program changing from commission junction and also change regarding selling digitial products).

The changes at ebay will not affect my methods, I have spoken with (email) the developer of the plugin I recommend for ebay wordpress sites and he says he will be able to make the changes no problem.
Regarding digital products this also should not affect my “Revenue Domains” methods as well. While I use ebay quite a bit the course is not in any way limited to just ebay.
Their are plenty of other affiliate programs out their which also work.

Brian, do you choose your expired domains based on Link Popularity, Google PageRank, Overture Keyword Score, or Alexa Ranking? Which Alexa Ranking is guaranteed to generate traffic and visitors? Do you look at type- ins and actively search them out?

Based on my formula for “search engine ranking attributes” really hard to get across in a comment thread.
But it is far from the norm in domaining circles.

The income your referring to is ONLY my ebay income, which on average has been around $1300 over the last 10 months or so. During the summer of last year it had hit a peak of over 2k
Do not forget about Adsense - my last adsense check was about $2500 …
I also make a few bucks from other affiliate programs …
So I average around 4 to 6k monthly.
Great point about getting started now, in fact I was going to post about that very thing (still might).
My course relies on your ability to create websites with wordpress. Now my ebook and videos offer TONS of info on wordpress however those that have never used in before would be smart to start studying how wordpress works.

While I understand $97 dollar is certainly not cheap I feel this course is worth this amount, it is packed with over three hours of camtasia screen capture videos and an ebook to boot.
I have spent lots of time developing the package and about a year tweaking the concept.

I am a new player in the domaining game in 2008. Which strategy or business model is profitable to new players who don’t have $1000s to spend but still want to profit from the domain industry:
Strategy 1: Hand reg available 3 letter generic names like RestaurantAndBar .COM/ .NET/ .ORG and resell it for profit in the domain after-market.
Strategy 2: Hand reg domains and park them to see if they receive any type in traffic (In other words Domain Tasting)
Strategy 3: Hand reg domains and develop them into niche websites to resell for profit in the domain after-market
Strategy 4: Buy Expired Names for Traffic and to Resell them at a profit
Have you tried any of these strategies before and what was your experience?
Is the future of domaining in buying and selling domains in the after-market? If it is, what do buyers look in a domain? Do they look for 3 Word Generic Domains? I don’t know what to do and hoping you will give me another well- thought out response.

My method has been to register domains based on commercial keyword phrases and develop them into mini sites which then drive traffic and make me money via affiliate programs, AdSense and other money makers online.
My biggest success has been with expired domain names that I turn into “Revenue Domains” … buy cheap, develop fast and profit.
Has worked quite well over the last year or so
That method is completely explained in the eCourse out soon (as you know).

As I told you preaviously i’m not so much into making money from small domains and few traffic rather then building a domain, well….i kind changed my mind because it takes alot of time and skill to optimize and get ahead of your competition by targeting large niches like your example Recepies.
Probably it will take some more to really convice me that your method is faster proffitable and it also kepps that morall steady by doing some monthly incomes fast.
Well, i really hope that by the time passes I will try your book and methods.

Yes, it takes time to learn my method and you need to be organized. That being said that over time you can really make great money with this method.
Does it work? Yes … very much so.
Each and every day I drive between 600 and 900 visitors to ebay and many of them bid and or sign up. All money in my pockets - this is a real system that not a lot of people know about or are implementing. Their is money to be made - but it does take some effort.
