Domaining Phase Three - Fire The Laser!

World domination is close I can taste it! Fire The Laser, Wahhhaaa!
On a serious note I am now entering into the final phase of domaining by adding my own personal sales site to highlight my available domains that are for sale. Part one was focused on increasing my monthly revenue stream via adsense and the ebay affiliate program to provide “seed money”. I did this by purchasing expired domains that I felt had great seo fundamentals already in place. I only purchased a domain when:
- I knew exactly how I would monetize the site via ebay aff program.
- Had several seo characteristics in place such as trust, quality links, ect …
- The former site was written in English
- When I was able to determine the exact niche of the former site.
- The domain name did not have a trade mark.
I did not care if the domains numbers numbers, hyphens or were on the long side. I was not focused on earning from incoming traffic to a “domain”, rather my plan was to launch new “sites” with my own content and special “seo touches”. Things panned out like a charm and the income is now their. I have started to pick up some names (some better than others, live and learn) and am now in the process of listing these domains for sale:
I plan on releasing the same exact “type” of Seo Domains that have boosted my monthly income as SeoDomains*. I am excited about this because I know my method works. Whether or not it will work for others is the question, I truly hope it does work out for others like it has worked for me. I plan on releasing a free “Fast Cash” report on getting the most out of these types of names.
Of course I will also be listing domains for sale that I was able to register for seven bucks – all of the domains I pick up are based on search terms that I find via wordtracker, nichebot.com and other great keyword services. Nice article Brian. I’m considering pickup up some expired domains in the future and have noticed a multitude of sites offering expired lists. Any recommendations ?

Just seen your October income update on YouTube. You sound quite depressed about things at the moment. Don’t let things get you down. I had something similar with adsense ecpm and it dropped significantly over a few months now it’s stable at about $17-$20 The strange thing Is that I have 2 sites which are on an identical subject one of them has an ecpm of almost double the other- go figure.

Na … not too depressed. I have been doing this online stuff long enough to realize that it is NOT steady income. Earnings will go up and down. Thanks for the comment however
